REM – 400 Foaming Acid Cleaner
REM – 400 is the foam type rust removing solution for fast and economic removal of rust and scale, vegetable and mineral sols, other acid susceptible sols etc. The product contains no phosphates and is HACCP compliant. It is non aggressive to the skin and hence safer to handle as compared to other conventional cleaners.
Description
METHOD OF APPLICATION
REM – 400 is to be used at a concentration of 10 to 50% with water at a temperature ranging from room temperature to 80°C. The higher the temperature and concentration, the faster the results. Normally, 10-20 minutes are allowed after application for the REM – 400 to act before scrubbing with a wire brush for removing rust and final rinsing with sufficient quantity of water. Please remove excess water by wiping, centrifuge etc. and then apply rust preventive fluid to ensure no further rusting takes place
