SAM – 2200 White Assembly Paste
It is a highly concentrated colloidal size white solid lubricants based assembly paste fortified with special additives to withstand very high temperature and extreme loads. It is most ideally suitable as Chuck Grease for Power Chucks subjected to high levels of vibrations and load. SAM 2200 paste ensures freedom from scuffing and scoring. It eliminates metal to metal contact inside chucks preventing them from seizing & frettage corrosion leading to breakage under extremely heavy load.

AREA OF APPLICATION
For all threaded connections such as Nuts, Bolts, Studs, Pipe couplings, U-bolts, Flanges etc. Journal bearings, Speed reducers, Kingpins, Splines, Slides operating under shock condition subjected to very heavy intermittent loads. It is also recommended for use in Chucks subjected to an extreme load, vibration, temperature etc.
